WEB Entrepreneurship Program
WEB (Women’s Empowerment Through Business) is a free entrepreneurship training program that utilizes trauma-informed approaches to promote economic and financial independence to support women and gender-diverse individuals with varied lived experiences through small-business training, personal/life skills development workshops and cultivating peer connections.
This low-barrier program serves women and gender-diverse individuals with varied lived experiences including those who are survivors or are at risk of experiencing gender-based trauma.
Participants of the WEB Entrepreneurship program have the opportunity to learn foundational skills and key concepts required to start and launch their own small businesses. The program covers a range of entrepreneurship related topics and will also integrate personal development and care workshops providing participants with key transferrable employability and life skills. The WEB Entrepreneurship program also provides opportunities for building community through business mentorship and peer-driven support.
