Volunteer Led Community Supports
We offer a range of community service programs to create low-barrier access to practical and emotional supports for our community members
Court Support
Volunteers provide practical and emotional support to women and their families navigating court systems. Our volunteers assist with referrals, information, and resources. We also provide free snacks, clothing, and personal hygiene products to women who have been released on bail.
If you are appearing at 2201 Finch Ave W. and need support, please contact the Court Support Volunteer in the office outside the courtroom Monday to Friday.
If you are incarcerated or looking to arrange support prior to your appearance, please call 416-924-3708 ext. 248
Talk and Listen
Phone Line
Getting access to information and resources while in prison is challenging – our Talk & Listen volunteers are here to help. We work with callers as they navigate the criminal justice system by offering information and resources related to legal information, housing, mental health services, reintegration, release planning, and more – all with a listening and compassionate ear.
