Court Diversion Programs

Our programs assist several women every year from court helping them to break free from or avoid the cycle of incarceration

Direct Accountability Program (DAP) at Ontario Court of Justice - Toronto

This program provides an alternative to prosecution for eligible individuals who have been charged with minor criminal offences.  The program involves accused persons being held accountable through community-based sanctions.

Partner Assault Response
(PAR)

PAR is a 12-week group program offering information, education and support to women charged in domestic violence situations. This is a fee-for-service program on a sliding scale. Participants examine their beliefs and attitudes toward domestic violence and learn non-violent ways of resolving conflict.
